Which starter site do you want to import?

To assist you better with this issue could you please provide us the staging site login credentials so that we can have a look from our end? Here you can find the details on how to create a staging site.

However, if you are comfortable and allow us to start debugging on the live website then you can provide us the live website admin login credentials.

But make sure you have taken a backup of your website before providing us the credentials or start debugging. Here you can follow this guide to take backup of your website.

Credentials: Si vous n'avez jamais rencontré ce problème et qu'il est absolument nécessaire de vous créer un accès, je le ferai. Mais il y a peut-être moyen de recréer le CRON d'origine, ou un nouveau pour relancer l'importation ?
